Citigroup Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Branch Personal Executive to support sales and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The role aims to foster customer loyalty and help increase sales to individual consumer clients.

As an entry-level contributor, you will attract and retain customers, promote financial products, complete branch sales visits, and ensure a high-quality client experience while adhering to risk and compliance standards.

Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales of financial products.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attract and retain new customers and sell financial products.
• Promote and sell financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments; achieve monthly sales goals.
• Complete branch sales and/or visit clients and prospected customers for sales.
• Complete customer retention.
• Assess options and understand consequences for client decisions.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and measure via metrics.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
