Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 0–2 years of relevant automation/engineering experience.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and interpret control diagrams.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; able to coordinate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform shop-floor process audits and data gathering to baseline metrics.
• Document URS and SOWs to validate automation concepts and align with sites.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and benchmark Turn‑Key solutions.
• Assist in designing and programming basic control architectures and PLC logic.
• Track PO creation, vendor execution, and import logistics.
