HARMAN Automotive is seeking a seasoned SAP/IT functional consultant to lead and support the Digital Supply Chain landscape, focusing on SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Ivalua and SupplyOn from the IT side.

You will analyze business needs, gather requirements, configure, test and deploy solutions, coordinate with vendor teams, and deliver projects on time in a global environment. A minimum 8–15 years of SAP experience is expected, with fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computers/Information Technology or related field.
• Total SAP experience 8–15 years in SAP MM (Procurement), SAP Ariba, SAP Ariba SLP and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP WM, SAP PP or SAP PM/QM is an advantage.
• Multiple implementations/rollouts with blueprinting and configuration.
• Experience with S4/HANA, LSMW, SAPscript/SAPforms is a plus.
• Travel up to 10% across domestic/international locations.

About the Role

The Enterprise Digital Applicationfor Digital Supply Chain (SAP MM, SAP PP SAP Ariba, Ivalua and Supplyon) will be responsible to execute, manage and deliver best-in-class projects and support the Supply Chain systems landscape from IT side. You would require to solve complex problems, work independently with minimal guidance and also may require to Lead a project or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives. You will be part of the Global Digital Supply Chain team working in the Digital Department that is responsible to support, evaluating, designing, implementing, customizing and deploying Supply Chain processes and systems in the area SAP MM, SAP Ariba and tools like Ivalua, Supplyon.

What You Will Do

• Work in small and large projects in different roles and support business users from IT side in the area SAP MM , SAP Ariba and tools like Ivalua & Supply on.
• Analyze current business needs to anticipate, provide and implement solutions according with business requirements based on the current SAP/IT landscape
• Work with internal and external teams locally and globally to troubleshoot on issues, service requests and execute on projects
• Gather requirements, write functional specifications, develop training material, support tests, transport the changes, do customizing, do knowledge sharing, deploy the solution into production and hand over to support
• Estimate solution efforts and schedules for different projects
• Suggest options and recommend IT solutions

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 8-15 years total experience and knowledge in SAP MM (Direct &Indirect procurement), SAP Ariba , SAP Ariba SLP as SAP functional consultant (inhouse or external), Tools like Ivalua and Supply ON in executing projects and doing support.
• Experience on SAP WM, SAP PP or SAP PM/QM will be added advantage
• Several implementation or rollout projects with hands-on experience (in blueprinting, configuration, etc.)
• S4 Hana experience, SAP LSMW, SAPscript/SAPforms will be added advantage.
• Experience in handling vendor teams
• Proven IT support skills in resolving incidents and service requests
• Industry experience in Manufacturing Industries is preferred
• Proactive and solution driven mindset, driver mentality and team player attitude
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment and manage multiple projects, daily support and prioritize them accordingly within a global environment
• Excellent communication skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Business fluent in English

Bonus Points if You Have

• SAP ABAP experience will be added advantage.
