QIMA seeks a Translator to provide on-site English–Spanish translation during an audit and report to the Audit Manager as part of a fast-paced team in Los Reyes, Michoacán. The four-day assignment requires precise translation of documents and effective cross-language communication.

Ideal candidates have formal translation education, advanced English and Spanish, and confidentiality. Immediate availability to start on-site from Monday, January 9, with compensation of USD 100 per day.

Job Description

The Translator will be responsible for providing translation support during the audit and will report directly to the Audit Manager, working as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide English–Spanish translation and interpretation support during an on-site audit.
• Translate audit-related documents, communications, and technical terminology accurately.
• Facilitate clear communication between English- and Spanish-speaking participants.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Clarify questions and support effective communication throughout the audit.
• Work on-site in Los Reyes, Michoacán, for a period of four days.
• Submit any required translated materials according to the agreed timeline.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Formal education or certification in Translation, Interpretation, Languages, or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in translation, interpretation, audits, or corporate environments preferred.
• Strong command of technical and business terminology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate availability to work on-site starting Monday, January 9.
• Compensation: USD 100 per day.
