Eaton Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide day-to-day support in our Cuautitlán production areas. The role focuses on material studies, BOM maintenance in SAP, and implementing best practices on the shop floor.

Approximately 80% of activities are hands-on, with emphasis on data analysis and Excel. We require 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering, a mechanical/industrial/electromechanical/mechatronic degree, and strong problem-solving skills in English.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/ process engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/electromechanical/mechatronic engineering.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; intermediate Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead time and raw material consumption studies aligned with the ABC Methodology.
• Capacity study analysis for metals, injection and compression area.
• Keep BOMs (Materials Bill) and Rates of each part numbers updated in SAP (Change management).
• Implement standardization of standard work and manufacturing best practices.
• Support and control of Engineering documentation, Flow Diagrams, FMEA, Work instructions and Parameter Sheets.
• Drive Continuous Improvements opportunities to process, equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Develop and implement error proofing systems (Poka-Yokes).
• Evaluate and issue temporary deviations for manufacturing processes if needed.
• Support Cost Out, New Equipment and Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Develop, modify, and implement work instructions for the production process per customer specs.
• Improvements in production areas to reduce scrap.
• Develop and implement standardized processes.

Provide day-to-day support to production areas on Manufacturing Engineering related matters to ensure availability for compression molding, injection molding & equipment to collaborate on Production's metrics & goal achievement, meeting all times with the applicable Safety, Quality, Health & Environmental and Human Resources policies and procedures.

• A. Coordinate and lead the time and raw material consumption studies aligned with the ABC Methodology

• D. Implement standardization of standard work and manufacturing best practices

Approximately 80% of the role involves hands‑on activities on the shop floor.

Requires strong analytical and numerical skills, data analysis capabilities, and intermediate proficiency in Excel. Fluent English Problem Solving.

Temporary position for 12 months 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering in theindustry field.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
