Hussmann-American, S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Lead Business Systems Architect to bridge Engineering, business stakeholders, and IT development teams. You will translate requirements into technical solutions for scalable configurator tools and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

You will support enterprise configurator programs, establish technical standards, and drive collaboration, process improvement, and successful solution delivery across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years experience in engineering, engineering systems, product configuration, technical program management, or business systems support.
• Strong understanding of engineered products and product configuration principles.
• Experience with software development teams and IT delivery processes.
• Gathers business requirements and translates them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Periodic travel may be required for training and events.
• Experience with product configurators, CPQ systems, ERP, PLM, or related applications.
• Advanced English preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Teamwork, accountability and solution-driven behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main interface between Engineering, business stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and development priorities.
• Ensure alignment of objectives, constraints and expectations across teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize work with internal and external IT resources.
• Support backlog management and development prioritization.
• Monitor progress of enhancements and maintenance activities.
• Assist teams in understanding engineering concepts and configurator logic.
• Promote best practices for configurator maintenance and change control.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validation activities.
• Support user training and change management.
