Job summary

Corning, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead process improvement, equipment design, and automation initiatives from opportunity through manufacturing acceptance.

You will translate business priorities into engineering solutions and guide teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and quality. You will manage scope, budgets, resources, risks, and suppliers, driving productivity and cost improvements while delivering validated results on live production lines.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of project management or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years leading projects in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define productivity opportunities with business cases and budgets.
• Lead cross-site teams through problem definition and prototyping to validation.
• Provide technical leadership for process improvements and equipment design.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources and risks; report to stakeholders.
