Bosch Group in Mexico is seeking an Automotive Quality Engineer to drive System and Hardware quality across the product development lifecycle. You will lead quality activities, establish QA plans, and prepare projects for Quality Gates and releases.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive product development, strong English skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary, international teams.

Formación

• Advanced English for technical discussions, meetings and documentation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive product development, System Engineering, Hardware Engineering or Engineering Quality.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, interfaces and traceability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Engineering Product Quality activities for System and Hardware projects.
• Define and monitor the Quality Assurance Plan and assess product and process maturity.
• Ensure quality, consistency and traceability of requirements, architecture, hardware design, verification and validation evidence.
• Prepare projects for Quality Gates, assessments, milestones and releases.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate technical, supplier and compliance risks.
• Coordinate quality reviews, risk assessments and problem-solving activities.
• Communicate quality status to stakeholders and coach teams on quality and release expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Systems Engineering or related field
