FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Designer of the HF / Process Designer (PDE) in Guadalajara, Mexico. The successful candidate will support Engineering Change Management processes and train key users on related tools. Requirements include a university degree in engineering and Spanish language proficiency.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering or related field.

Position

Designer of the HF / Process Designer (PDE)

Responsibilities

1. Supporting introduction, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, methods and tools within the plant.
2. Being part of local standardization projects for ECM and proactively participating in and contributing to the global ECM network.
3. Supporting the implementation of local ECM pilots and roll‑out of ECM processes, methods and tools within the location.
4. Surveying local ECM processes, including creation of reports (Data Warehouse, SAP Reports, etc.) and reporting to Head of Launch and Change Management, Head of Internal Factory, Plant Manager, Program Management, etc.
5. Monitoring correct and consistent setup, maintenance and update of ECM‑relevant master data (BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, etc.).
6. Acting as first point of contact for change notifications.
7. Supporting tracking of Program Management so that budget reimbursement linked to the change notifications is processed.
8. Collecting local requirements, feedback and lessons learned and contributing them to the global ECM network.
9. Moderating, pre‑ and post‑processing engineering change and phase‑out meetings within the plant.

Training Responsibilities

1. Training local key users (manufacturing engineers, project managers operations, logistics, OPEI) on relevant HELLA instructions, forms and tools such as ECM‑relevant SAP modules, Signavio, LÄnder, Pro4B, SAP PDM/PLM basics.
2. Supporting creation of ECM training material for MyTalentCompass in accordance with Skills Management and Training guidelines.
3. Transferring practical ECM experience to key users.
4. Carrying out other tasks related to this position (including ensuring compliance with industrial safety and environmental protection measures).

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of engineering change processes and methodology for problem solving.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of ECM‑relevant tools such as SAP, Signavio, etc.
• Experience with reporting and master data management (BOM, work centers, routings, production versions).
