Job summary

Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee the contract engineering team, managing both technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects. You will be the main customer contact from order receipt through design to completion, driving ECN/ECR processes and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate with Global Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless changes, data integrity, and timely project delivery across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Proven capability to balance client needs with production goals.
• Background in electronics design or testing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Engineering Change Management and ECN/ECR processes.
• Coordinate changes with JADEC Engineering and plant stakeholders to implement product changes.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize engineering changes and ensure execution consistency.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP, Windchill, and related systems.
• Lead engineering change governance and evolution through product lifecycles.
