Kellanova is seeking an Engineering Capital Head to lead end-to-end capital projects at the Querétaro manufacturing site. You will own the CAPEX portfolio, drive engineering excellence, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and financial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution of complex projects across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines.
• 5-10 years of experience in engineering, capital projects, and related industries.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX budgets and project execution methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical projects from scope through start-up.
• Oversee site CAPEX portfolio planning, forecasting, and governance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain for alignment.
• Apply engineering methodologies while ensuring safety, environmental and financial compliance.
• Lead teams and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
