Clarios, LLC seeks a Project Coordinator to lead and execute engineering, automation, and improvement projects supporting operational excellence. You will work with local and international stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects aligned with corporate standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating CAPEX from concept to startup, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree, PMP certification, or Project Management specialization preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, CAPEX investments, automation initiatives, or plant expansion projects.
• Experience working with international suppliers, contractors, and multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and engineering project execution.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent) to lead technical meetings, negotiations, presentations, and executive discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAPEX projects from concept development through commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS to achieve project goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between the local plant, corporate teams, contractors, suppliers, and international partners.
• Organize and facilitate technical meetings in English with vendors, consultants, and global subject matter experts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), commissioning, and startup activities.
• Oversee contractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, environmental, and corporate compliance standards.
• Support automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance.
• Provide project updates, performance metrics, and executive presentations to key stakeholders.
