Danfoss in Apodaca, Mexico, seeks an experienced Engineer, Manufacturing Technology to transform production processes into safer, smarter, and more efficient operations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and performance.

You will work with sensors, vision systems, and assembly equipment, owning process steps from concept to implementation and delivering measurable results for customers worldwide.

Formación

• 4+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proactive and delivers results across the project lifecycle.
• Team player able to collaborate from shop floor to management.
• Familiar with sensors, vision and common assembly equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Sustain the production line and ensure targets are met.
• Define process steps and flow from inputs to outputs.
• Determine methods (machine-based, human-based, or mix).
• Provide and maintain tools like SOPs, tooling, and training.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collect and analyze data (time studies, material flow, waste).

As a hands‑on, project‑focused Manufacturing Engineer, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Your impact? You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas from concept to implementation, solving real manufacturing challenges and delivering measurable results. Your expertise will directly support the production of innovative solutions that make a positive impact on our customers and industries worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directly responsible for sustaining in the production line.
• Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output
• Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine‑based, people‑based or combination)
• Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training)
• Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action
• Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis)

What We're Looking For

• At least 4+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• Able to be pro‑active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.
• Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization (shop floor to management).
• Familiar with basic hand tools, sensors, vision and other common assembly operation equipment and components.
