Danfoss in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to keep our production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will help minimize downtime and ensure we consistently deliver high‑quality products to customers.

You will be a key technical resource on the shop floor, collaborating with production, quality, planning, maintenance, and EHS teams to solve challenges, support continuous improvement, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment including CNC, leak testing, and washing machines.
• Provide first-line technical support to operators for machine and process issues.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Communication in English preferred (not mandatory).

The Impact You'll Make

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve manufacturing performance, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers.

You will be a key technical resource on the production floor, collaborating with production, quality, planning, maintenance, and EHS teams to solve challenges, support continuous improvement, and maintain a safe working environment.

This role offers the opportunity to apply and expand your knowledge in automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC systems while making a visible impact on operational excellence and business results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead equipment troubleshooting activities to quickly identify issues and restore production performance while minimizing downtime.
• Support production and quality teams by resolving machine and process-related concerns to maintain stable and efficient operations.
• Analyze equipment and process failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Apply automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC troubleshooting skills to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, including leak testing, pressure drop testing, assembly stations, riveting equipment, and washing machines.
• Experience supporting CNC equipment and serving as a first-line technical resource for operators on machine and process issues.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues and support problem resolution (not mandatory)
• A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to working across multiple functions.
