Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the production unit and staff; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coach and mentor teams; develop work plans for staff and contractors.
• Review maintenance work and train workers on maintenance processes.
• Monitor maintenance budget and identify cost-saving alternatives.
• Track inventories and ensure timely component replacements.
