AutoZone Mexico seeks an Electrical Project Manager to coordinate medium-voltage projects for new store openings and existing operations. You will supervise a small team, ensure compliance with standards, and drive cost-efficient, reliable electrical solutions across multiple locations.

You will manage vendor onboarding, coordinate with utility providers, and maintain regulatory adherence, while aligning with architectural plans and construction schedules. Prior retail experience is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
• 3–5 years in medium-low voltage projects.
• 3 years CFE management experience.
• Retail sector experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate medium-voltage electrical projects across multiple locations.
• Supervise a small team of analysts and ensure technical accuracy.
• Lead the electrical scope for new store openings from planning to execution.
• Oversee contracting and coordination with utility providers.
• Train and onboard new electrical service vendors (approx. 20/year).
• Negotiate with CFE and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor 30–40 active projects, track risks, and enforce standards.
