Amazon Mexico seeks a Buildings Services Manager to lead electrical infrastructure reliability across its Mexico network, oversee hard facilities services, and drive cost-effective building operations within the RME framework. You will partner with regional teams, vendors, and finance to deliver measurable improvements and safe, compliant sites.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical infrastructure and building services, a Bachelor's degree, and strong data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, and building services management.

Mansioni

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network - root cause analysis, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor collaboration.
• Manage electrical energy indicators - monitor consumption, demand, power factor, quality, and costs; propose corrective actions.
• Support RME site-based colleagues in delivering hard facilities services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage) at all sites.
• Manage building plumbing systems - cold/hot water, sewage, stormwater, pumps, tanks; ensure compliance and availability.
• Track costs and ensure strict compliance with regional managers and finance teams.
• Analyze service and asset performance data; drive systemic improvements and major initiatives.
• Track and resolve recurring issues; act as escalation point and regional SME for infrastructure topics.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage vendors and source new ones, with KPI/SLA oversight.
• Support rollout of regional initiatives to improve services and costs, including new tech deployments and sustainability.
