Job summary

Pavago is seeking a proactive Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain features across the front end and back end of a web platform. You’ll own your work from planning through deployment, ensuring the platform remains reliable, responsive, and easy to use.

This role suits a developer who enjoys solving practical problems, works independently, and communicates effectively in a collaborative, largely asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer on production applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ability to work across user interfaces, server-side logic, and databases.
• Experience translating product requirements into shipped features with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment.
• Strong written English communication skills, including documenting technical decisions and collaborating asynchronously.
• Ability to maintain time-zone overlap with colleagues and stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences across the platform.
• Move comfortably between UI development, server-side logic, and database work as needs evolve.
• Take responsibility for features from initial scoping through deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
• Ensure delivered features meet requirements and function reliably in production.
• Work closely with the technical team to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
• Suggest improvements to architecture, development tools, and team processes.
• Review code, share knowledge, and collaborate on technical decisions.
• Communicate blockers and risks early to keep work moving forward.
