CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, mentoring developers and driving best practices in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

You will work on a globally distributed insurance platform with a focus on performance, security, and scalable architecture, ensuring growth supports a diverse user base and evolving product features.

Formación

• 8+ years of Full Stack engineering experience with SaaS
• 2+ years in a lead/manager role
• Strong backend with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker
• Strong frontend with JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing
• Experience with unit/integration/function testing across frontend and backend
• Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for modular architecture
• Knowledge of web security and regulatory compliance
• Performance optimization for high-traffic apps
• Experience with container tech and cloud infra
• Agile development experience and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive debugging
• Strong communication across diverse teams
• Passion for staying current with tech trends and best practices

Responsabilidades
