Formación

• Law degree and license to practice in Mexico.
• 3–6 years of experience in employment and labor law.
• Experience in both advisory and litigation matters.
• Strong English communication with international clients.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment and labor law matters.
• Provide practical, business-oriented counsel regarding hiring, termination, workforce restructurings, labor compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
• Represent employers in labor litigation and administrative proceedings before labor authorities and courts.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, executive compensation arrangements, settlement agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and client presentations.
• Support employment-related due diligence exercises and labor aspects of corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-border teams on regional and global matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality legal service.

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment and labor law matters.

Skills and Experience

• Law degree and license to practice law in Mexico.
• Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in employment and labor law.
• Solid experience in both:
  • Labor and employment advisory/consulting matters.
  • Labor litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mexican labor and employment legislation.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and colleagues.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, client service, and professional excellence.
