Hai Robotics Europe is seeking a Field Site Manager to lead on-site execution across multiple projects in the EMEA region. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to keep projects on time, on budget, and compliant with Hai Robotics standards.

You will ensure safety, quality, and stakeholder alignment while reporting progress and risks to the PM team. This role requires strong communication, multi-site oversight, and frequent travel.

Formación

• 2+ years of site management experience in industrial automation, construction, or capital equipment installation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent sites and coordinating diverse workforces.
• Strong subcontractor management and commercial awareness.
• Solid understanding of site safety regulations and quality management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple concurrent installation and commissioning projects.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site resources: engineers, subcontractors, equipment, materials.
• Drive site schedule adherence; identify and mitigate schedule risks early.
• Own site safety, quality, and compliance with customer and Hai Robotics standards.
• conduct regular site walks, progress reviews, and customer coordination meetings.
• Manage subcontractor scope, performance, and commercial compliance.
• Lead daily/weekly site stand-ups and progress reporting.
• Serve as the on-site senior escalation point for CEs, subcontractors, and customer site teams.
• Partner with PMs on project schedule, risk, and resource planning.
• Travel extensively across the EMEA region.
