Flex is seeking an Assembly Process Engineer in Guadalajara North to develop and implement assembly processes that meet quality, productivity, and safety standards. You will work with cross-functional teams and report to the Process Manager.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, experience with mechanical/electronic assembly, PLCs, and tooling like Poka-Yoke. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and help SpinCo align with future digital
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with mechanical and/or electronic assembly processes.
- Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatic systems, and quality tools.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing assembly processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
- Lead projects from planning through execution within scope, time, and budget.
- Drive continuous improvement focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and safety.
