RXinsider LTD. in Mexico City is seeking a Conversion Representative, based office-side, to transform paper remittance advice into electronic remittance formats and establish secure carrier connections. You will engage with Pharmacy Benefit Managers and insurers to streamline electronic remittance processes.

The role requires fluent English, collaboration with multiple teams, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related work/experience in business, finance, or admin
• Intermediate MS Excel and Google Workspace proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
• Attention to detail and confidential record handling

Responsabilidades

• Convert paper remittance advice to electronic remittance advice to reduce manual work
• Set up secure transmission connections with carriers
• Build relationships with Pharmacy Benefit Managers and insurance carriers
• Track conversion requests and maintain conversion logs
• Participate in client onboarding and provide regular updates to the team
• Collaborate with Client Service, Client Operations, and EDI/NOC/SFTP teams for setup and support
• Perform special projects as needed and follow HIPAA policies
