Inmar Inc. is seeking a Conversion Representative to join our team in Mexico.

This office-based role focuses on converting paper remittance advice to electronic formats, establishing secure transmission with carriers, and building relationships with Pharmacy Benefit Managers and insurers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel/Google Workspace skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Intermediate MS Excel and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-capacity environment.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal instruction.
• Ability to maintain accurate, confidential records and documents.

Responsabilidades

• Convert paper remittance advice to electronic remittance advice to streamline processes.
• Create and maintain conversion tracking logs for clients.
• Participate in onboarding meetings with clients and report metrics.
• Communicate with Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Insurance Carriers to retrieve electronic remittances.
