Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Chihuahua to contribute to large-scale facility projects. You will perform electrical calculations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop designs using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

The role emphasizes quality, proactive problem solving, and clear communication in English. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, Mexican professional license, 2–5 years of related experience, and strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Professional license in Mexico (Título and Cédula Profesional).
2–5 years of directly related experience.
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM.
Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC/NOM).
Excellent communication and proactive problem solving; leadership through accountability.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical calculations (load, short-circuit, voltage drop) using specialized tools.
Prepare and update technical specifications, load lists, BOMs.
Model and review electrical designs in AutoCAD/BIM for coordination.
Address QA/QC comments and client feedback.
Participate in coordination meetings with global teams.
Support bidding and construction-phase activities (RFIs, submittals).
Develop and review low-/medium-voltage designs with increasing responsibility.
