Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients, walk-ins and by phone/email, to understand travel needs.
• Promote and sell vacation packages, hotel accommodations, tours, and other services.
• Provide information on destinations, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Assist clients in selecting options to meet budget and travel style.
• Process bookings, payments, and confirmations accurately.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport to encourage repeat business and reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and offers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment.
