Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Public Safety/Public Admin AE in Mexico City to grow market share and drive adoption of Genetec products within government agencies. You will prospect new logos, advance opportunities through the procurement cycle, and collaborate with channel partners, sales engineers, and account teams to meet client needs.

You will manage existing accounts, attend industry events, and lead end-user groups while maintaining disciplined CRM activity and expanding product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of operations, compliance, and workflows in Public Safety and Public Administration
• Established relationships in the vertical
• Proven ability to sell to committees in complex public procurement environments
• Strong knowledge of Genetec products and end-user workflows
• Familiarity with vertical tradeshows, associations, publications
• Knowledge of procurement processes used by public sector end users
• Ability to anticipate product and market needs from sector trends
• Comprehensive Genetec platform knowledge for Public Safety and Public Admin
• Exceptional time management and territory planning for travel-based roles

Responsibilities

• Grow market share and product adoption across Public Safety and Public Admin verticals.
• Prospect new business opportunities and align with the buying cycle, including RFPs.
• Collaborate with channel partners, end users, and channel account executives to drive demand.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers, SMEs, CAEs and partner teams to meet customer needs.
• Attend and contribute to industry events and end-user groups.
• Maintain disciplined CRM activity and continuously expand product knowledge.
• Travel as needed to manage accounts and opportunities.
