Job summary

ROM EU is seeking a logistics professional to support the TIBA network by preparing quotes, tracking costs, and offering timely responses to inquiries. You will analyze requirements and propose competitive solutions to help close new business within the international logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes via TIBA Solutions to support network requests.
• Track total costs and respond to procurement logging the formats.
• Provide fast, timely responses to network inquiries by phone and email.
• Analyze requirements and advise on the most cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Document solutions in Sales Performance Metrics to meet KPIs.
• Prepare Instructions Letters in TIBA Solutions for proper operations.
• Follow up on rejected solutions to identify improvements or cost reductions.
• Assist HR, Safety, Health & Environment and Administration in integration activities.

Garantizar la emisión de Soluciones a la red de TIBA en tiempo, calidad y margen establecido por la organización a fin de lograr el cierre de nuevos negocios

What will your functions be?

Elaboración de cotizaciones por medio de TIBA Solutions a fin de brindar soporte a las solicitudes de la red TIBA. Total Solicitud y seguimiento de costos (por email y TIBA Solutions) al área de Compras logísticas cumpliendo con el llenado de plantillas Total Brindar atención rápida y oportuna a las solicitudes de la red TIBA (teléfono y correo electrónico) dando respuestas concretas (por correos) en los tiempos establecidos. Analizar y comprender los requerimientos, buscando alternativas adecuadas que brinden soluciones altamente competitivas, así como brindar asesoría al ejecutivo de la red TIBA de la logística más conveniente para lograr el cierre de negocio. Registro de las soluciones en Sales Performance Metric para dar cumplimiento a los KPI’s establecidos por el área. Total Elaboración de Cartas de Instrucciones en TIBA Solutions en tiempo para garantizar el correcto proceso operativo. Total Seguimiento a las soluciones que no fueron aceptadas para identificar las áreas de oportunidad o bien trabajar en reducción de costos para impulsar el cierre de nuevos negocios. Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión Integral por medio de seguimiento de procesos y asistencia en capacitación. total Apoyar a las áreas de Recursos Humanos, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente y Administración con asistencia y participación en actividades de integración, jornadas y campañas de seguridad, capacitación entre otras actividades.
