ROME U is a leading multinational logistics company seeking a logistics professional to oversee end-to-end operations for renewable energy projects and mass import of equipment. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal/external teams, ensuring schedule compliance, proper documentation, and full visibility of operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end logistics operations in air, sea, and land transport.
• Ability to coordinate loads of various types (general, hazardous, perishable, oversized).
• Strong client service orientation and knowledge of internal/external systems.
• Coordinate kickoff and follow-up meetings with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Track import schedules and execution of logistics projects.

Coordinar la ejecución logística, operativa y aduanal de proyectos de energía renovable, fungiendo como enlace principal entre el cliente y las diferentes áreas internas y externas involucradas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los cronogramas, la correcta gestión documental y la visibilidad integral de las operaciones para garantizar una experiencia de servicio de alto nivel. Basado en las actividades identificadas para los proyectos solares y de importación masiva de equipos.

What will your functions be?

Profesional con experiencia comprobada en la gestión integral de operaciones logísticas en los tres principales modos de transporte: aéreo, marítimo y terrestre. Capaz de coordinar cargas de distinta naturaleza (general, peligrosa, perecedera, sobredimensionada, etc.) asegurando cumplimiento operativo, atención al cliente de alto nivel y manejo de sistemas internos/externos.

What are we looking for?

• Coordinar reuniones de arranque y seguimiento con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos.
• Gestionar cronogramas de importación y ejecución logística de proyectos.
• Dar seguimiento a procesos de comercio exterior (Padrón de Importadores, PROSEC, Regla Segunda, PECE y demás esquemas aplicables).
• Coordinar la recopilación y validación documental requerida para importaciones y procesos aduanales.
• Dar seguimiento a embarques marítimos, terrestres y multimodales de proyectos.
• Coordinar la comunicación entre cliente, agencias aduanales, ventas y proveedores externos.
• Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y presentaciones de avance para clientes.
• Identificar riesgos operativos y proponer acciones preventivas y correctivas.
• Administrar herramientas de visibilidad, tracking y control de proyectos.
• Dar soporte a iniciativas comerciales relacionadas con cuentas estratégicas del sector energético.
• Participar en visitas a puertos, terminales, proveedores y sitios de proyecto cuando sea requerido.
• Cumplir con los procedimientos y lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión Integral.
