Job summary

PPG Industries in Irapuato is seeking a self-service sales executive to shape the sales and marketing strategy for the area. You will report to the Regional Coordinator for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure, and the role is based in Irapuato.

You will lead store teams, analyze sales data on the mobile platform, prepare inventories and budgets, and deliver timely results. Strong negotiation and leadership are essential as you coach advisors at points of sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed.
• Office skills: intermediate Excel with pivot tables, filters, formulas; smartphone.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average visits: 4 to 5 stores per day.
• Qualities: negotiation, leadership and analytical mindset.

You will report to Regional Coordinator for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure. This role is based in Irapuato

Key Responsibilities

• You will achieve the goals of the area.
• You will manage and guide the personnel in charge at the points of sale.
• You will handle sales information.
• You will ensure the movement and execution of the portfolio of the stores in your charge.
• You will manage personnel, overseeing advisors in sales and trade marketing strategies.
• You will prepare reports on results and sales closing (on the mobile platform): inventories, budgets, store checklists (image, codes, shrinkage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed
• Office skills: intermediate excel: pivot tables, filters, formulas / smart phone.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average number of visits 4 to 5 stores per day.
• Some of the qualities you would have to have been negotiation, leadership and analysis.
