PPG está buscando un profesional para dirigir la capacitación y el servicio técnico dirigidos a la red de concesionarios y clientes finales en Monterrey, México. Se busca coadyuvar al logro de ventas y fomentar una cultura de trabajo en equipo, alineado a la política de PPG.

El rol implica brindar soporte técnico, gestionar planes de capacitación del portafolio y colaborar con marketing y equipo comercial para comunicar iniciativas estratégicas.

Job description

Ejecutar la capacitación y el servicio técnico dirigido a la red de concesionarios, clientes finales y personal interno; con la finalidad de coadyuvar al logro de los objetivos de ventas nacionales y por división fomentando una cultura de trabajo en equipo, apegándose a los valores, cultura y política de PPG.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte al asesor técnico SR y EXP en la atención de reclamaciones.
• Gestionar la implementación de planes de capacitación del portafolio de producto con el equipo de creación de contenidos, comunicación, programas y canales para las diversas audiencias.
• Contribuir en los proyectos estratégicos con el equipo comercial interviniendo en la propuesta de servicio integral (técnico / comercial) de CFI generando valor a clientes finales (Retail / B2B / VDT).
• Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas internas de marketing y comercial para el despliegue de actividades que garanticen la comunicación de las iniciativas estratégicas de la organización.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos declarados ante el SGC, mapear e implementar los procedimientos nuevos que se requieran.

Impulsar el uso de herramientas y adopción de las nuevas tecnologías a la red de concesionarios.

Apoyar a la jefatura en conjunto con el equipo de operaciones para que se lleven a cabo las programaciones, revisiones, calibraciones y licencias de los recursos del equipo técnico y de inspección.

Contribuir al buen estado, administración y mantenimiento de cabinas, aulas y espacios pertenecientes a los sites del Centro de Formación Integral de PPG Comex.
