Job summary

PPG is seeking a Self-service sales executive based in Irapuato to develop sales and marketing strategies for Architectural Coatings Latin America. You will report to the Regional Coordinator and lead store-based sales teams to achieve targets while managing portfolios of stores and preparing performance reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least one year of personnel management experience, and solid Excel skills. Local health and life insurance benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed.
• Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, filters, formulas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average number of visits: 4–5 stores per day.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and analytical abilities.

As a Self-service sales executive you will produce the sales and marketing strategy based on the analysis of information in the area. You will report to Regional Coordinator for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure. This role is based in Irapuato

Key Responsibilities

• You will achieve the goals of the area.
• You will manage and guide the personnel in charge at the points of sale.
• You will handle sales information.
• You will ensure the movement and execution of the portfolio of the stores in your charge.
• You will manage personnel, overseeing advisors in sales and trade marketing strategies.
• You will prepare reports on results and sales closing (on the mobile platform): inventories, budgets, store checklists (image, codes, shrinkage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed
• Office skills: intermediate excel: pivot tables, filters, formulas / smart phone.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average number of visits 4 to 5 stores per day.
• Some of the qualities you would have to have been negotiation, leadership and analysis.
