BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking an EHS&S Manager to lead the development, management and improvement of safety, health, environment, energy and asset protection programs across manufacturing sites in Mexico.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS&S leadership, strong ISO knowledge, and the ability to drive a proactive safety culture compliant with regulatory and corporate standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position with increasing responsibility.
• Lead auditor of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
• Strong understanding of EHS&S practices and Mexican standards (STPS, SSA, SEMARNAT).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to implement and maintain EHS&S policies, objectives and programs.
• Develop the comprehensive annual work plan for Safety, Health, Environment, Energy, Ergonomics and Property Security.
• Lead the implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
