Schneider Electric in Querétaro is looking for an on-site EHS intern who will support the implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the facility. You will participate in inspections, incident reporting, and safety walks, helping build a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Currently pursuing (active student) a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety principles, hazard identification, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across the facility.
• Participate in workplace inspections, and safety walks to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Support employee safety training, awareness campaigns, and onboarding activities.
• Help maintain EHS documentation, records, permits, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities, drills, and environmental initiatives.
• Analyze EHS data and prepare reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership review.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
