Job summary

Siemens Energy in Mexico is seeking an EHS Trainee to support the Gas Services Latin America EHS team. You will organize data, validate indicators, and help standardize processes to improve safety, traceability and efficiency.

This entry-level role targets students near graduation or recent graduates with strong MS Office and Power BI skills, plus a passion for environment, health and safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• University student in final semesters or within 1 year of graduation in relevant fields.
• No prior professional experience required; suitable for students nearing graduation.
• Advanced knowledge of occupational safety standards and health legislation.
• Intermediate English; additional languages a plus.
• Advanced MS Office and Power BI; strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of key EHS processes across Central and Distributed service operations.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational EHS information to monitor performance.
• Update EHS performance indicators, dashboards, and reports according to calendar.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to improve data consistency.
• Support Zero Harm strategy across Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.
