Monks, a global digital-first agency, seeks an Editorial Lead to launch and direct a regional digital entertainment publication for a world-leading streaming platform in Mexico.

You will define the local editorial voice, adapt brand playbooks for Mexican audiences, and oversee a fast-paced newsroom covering TV, film, and pop culture with a strong emphasis on SEO, GEO, and bilingual collaboration with international teams.

Formación

• 5+ years leading digital editorial teams in entertainment/media.
• Bilingual English and Spanish mandatory for international collaboration.
• Proven track record in data-informed editorial strategy and SEO.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican pop culture and regional media landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Define, launch, and maintain the regional editorial line and publishing calendar.
• Review, edit, and QA all published pieces to enforce editorial standards.
• Lead and mentor a lean newsroom of digital journalists and producers.
• Establish newsroom guidelines for SEO and GEO to maximize search visibility.
• Maintain daily bilingual alignment with international client publishing teams.
