Job summary

PMG, a global independent platform company, is seeking an experienced ecommerce leader in Mexico City to optimize PDPs, catalog architecture, and promotions across a brand portfolio. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure market-ready content, pricing alignment, and scalable listing frameworks.

You will guide junior teammates, design event-based and evergreen promotion strategies, and monitor performance with Looker Studio dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce optimization, retail operations, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart ecosystems and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of catalog architecture and SEO-driven enhancements.
• Proven ability to design promotion strategies for events and evergreen programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead catalog and PDP optimization across a brand portfolio or client category.
• Architect scalable listing frameworks reflecting SEO, UX, and conversions.
• Manage promotions, align PDP content, pricing, and inventory with timelines.
• Partner with clients and teams to upgrade catalog health and retail readiness.
• Identify listing issues and build remediation playbooks for the team.
• Mentor juniors in PDP optimization, promo scheduling, and diagnostics.
• Serve as content strategy expert for marketplace growth and promotions.
• Collaborate with media to monitor campaign pacing, spend, and KPIs.
