Zurich is seeking an ECM Service Manager to oversee ECMAAs and ZBOX platforms for LATAM and ZNA/Canada. The role focuses on service delivery, incident management, and coordination across global teams to ensure reliable platform operations. Strong English, ITIL, and PM experience are valued.

The position involves managing small to medium work orders, driving improvements, and ensuring regulatory and client satisfaction across regions. Local residency is required for Mexico.

Formación

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for stakeholder communication across LATAM and Canada regions.
• ITIL Service Management qualification is preferred or required.
• Minimum of three years of service delivery experience is essential; PM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee IT service delivery for LATAM and ZNA/Canada regions.
• Lead incident communications, change freezes, escalations, and demand management.
• Coordinate with global Zurich teams and vendors to ensure stable platform operations.
• Manage ECMaaS and ZBOX work orders and support major platform projects as needed.
• Prepare monthly service reviews and drive continuous improvements in processes.
