Qualifications

• Advanced written and oral English (98% or above)
• Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Relations or related
• Full time availability (7am-4pm)
• To graduate at least on December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact with clients by helping them with matters regarding their orders and order status
• Assist clients by providing information and answering questions
• Support the team by downloading daily reports and updating the team's database to improve communication
