Sequoia Connect LLC busca un Dynatrace Engineer para unirse a su equipo en Saltillo, México. El/la candidato/a trabajará en configuración de Dynatrace, onboarding de aplicaciones y soporte operativo en una organización global.

Se requiere 2–4 años de experiencia en Dynatrace y habilidades en Scripting (Python, Bash), Kubernetes y entornos en la nube. Se valorará certificaciones de Dynatrace y capacidad de trabajar en un entorno híbrido.

Formación

• Experiencia de 2–4 años en Dynatrace, APM Monitoring, DevOps o IT Operations.
• Conocimientos sólidos de Dynatrace: Synthetic Monitoring y Log Analytics.
• Familiaridad con entornos en la nube y Kubernetes.
• Conocimientos de scripting (Python, Bash) para tareas de automatización.
• Buena disposición para aprender y apoyar a equipos de ingeniería.

Responsabilidades

• Configurar monitores sintéticos, reglas de ingestión de logs, dashboards, alertas e informes en Dynatrace.
• Soportar la onboarding de aplicaciones en el ecosistema Dynatrace y migraciones.
• Brindar soporte operacional continuo para la infraestructura de monitoreo.
• Investigar y resolver incidencias de monitoreo y mantener documentación actualizada.

We are currently searching for a Dynatrace Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Configuration & Setup: Configure synthetic monitors, log ingestion rules, dashboards, alerts, and reports within the Dynatrace platform.
• Application Onboarding: Actively support application onboarding into the Dynatrace ecosystem. Assist with testing and migration activities for new monitored assets.
• Operational Support: Assist senior engineers with monitoring automation and provide continuous operational support for the monitoring infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic to intermediate monitoring issues, ensure agents are reporting correctly, and maintain up-to-date documentation of the observability landscape.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Dynatrace, APM Monitoring, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
• Core Dynatrace Skills: Solid foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with Synthetic Monitoring and Log Analytics within Dynatrace.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with modern cloud environments and Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Basic to intermediate knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to assist with automation tasks.
• Team Player: Strong willingness to learn, document processes, and support broader engineering teams.
