Sequoia Connect está buscando un Ingeniero Senior de Dynatrace para liderar implementaciones de monitoreo y optimización de infraestructuras en un entorno global. El rol exige experiencia en Dynatrace, DQL y gestión de datos observables en Grail, junto con experiencia en Kubernetes y scripting.

Se trabajará en un modelo híbrido con oportunidades internacionales. El candidato ideal tendrá enfoque en resolución de problemas, capacidad de diseño de soluciones de observabilidad y habilidad para

Formación

• Experiencia demostrada en Dynatrace y observabilidad.
• Conocimiento profundo de Grail (Dynatrace Data Lakehouse) y DQL.
• Experiencia en entornos en la nube y contenedores (Kubernetes).
• Habilidades de automatización y scripting (Python, Bash).
• Resolución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz en sistemas distribuidos.

Responsabilidades

• Llevar a cabo la implementación y optimización de soluciones de Dynatrace, monitoreo y automatización.
• Implementar monitoreo sintético, dashboards dinámicos y alertas inteligentes.
• Gestionar pipelines de logs y centralizar datos de observabilidad.
• Desarrollar y desplegar automatización para procesos de onboarding y tareas operativas.
• Liderar integraciones con herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow) y supervisión de SLO/SLA.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of Dynatrace monitoring, log analytics, automation, and integration solutions.
• Core Monitoring: Implement and refine Synthetic Monitoring, dynamic dashboards, intelligent alerting, and automated reporting.
• Log Management & Pipelines: Drive log migration initiatives, build robust ingestion pipelines, and lead query conversion activities to centralize observability data.
• Automation Engineering: Develop and deploy automation for onboarding processes, monitoring tasks, and day-to‑day operational workflows.
• Enterprise Integrations: Lead integrations with ITSM tools (specifically ServiceNow) and drive SLO/SLA monitoring and broader reliability initiatives.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Actively investigate and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, monitoring blind spots, and ingestion issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in Dynatrace, Observability, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Dynatrace Mastery: Strong, hands‑on experience with Synthetic Monitoring.
• Data & Analytics (Crucial): Deep expertise working with Grail (Dynatrace's data lakehouse) and writing complex queries using DQL (Dynatrace Query Language).
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid experience working with modern Cloud platforms and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
• Automation & Scripting: High proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to drive monitoring automation and migrations.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis in distributed systems.
