Job summary

Mps Group is seeking a skilled Content Designer to own the visual package for two tobacco brands. You will design hero banners, homepage tiles, and email layouts, ensuring consistency across brand identities and formats.

You will work with existing assets, templates and image libraries, delivering batch assets on fixed timelines while aligning with SEO-friendly visuals and accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma and Photoshop with organized, layered files.
• Strong layout, typography and image handling; retouching and compositing.
• Experience adapting visuals across formats for multiple brands.
• Knowledge of email design constraints and templates.
• Understanding current social formats: reels, carousels, stories.
• Basic motion skills for short reels; ability to prep treatments.
• Adherence to brand guidelines across more than one brand.
• Awareness of web image best practices: sizing, weight, alt text.

Responsibilities

• Design static hero banners and imagery for blog content pages.
• Produce homepage banners and PLP tiles from existing assets.
• Create eCRM emails across pre-launch, launch and post-launch; adapt for dark-mode.
• Layout standalone newsletters using the existing template.
• Create social assets for a concept: reel, static, carousel, story.
• Prepare stills and on-screen copy for the social reel video (≤10s).
• Adapt visuals across formats while maintaining brand identity.
• Deliver organized, layered PSDs with all assets; handover clean.
• Collaborate with copywriters and content producers to align with briefs.
• Flag gaps early to keep batches and timelines on track.
