MSCI's Design Studio seeks a Senior Designer to lead high-profile campaigns from concept to execution, shaping our visual identity across digital, print, and events. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Research, Sales, and external agencies to turn ambitious ideas into cohesive brand experiences.

You’ll champion AI-powered design and stay ahead of trends, mentoring junior designers and ensuring quality craft, consistency, and global alignment across regions and time zones.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and suite, with ability to execute complex brand visuals.
• Strong presentation design skills, with PowerPoint proficiency and comfort with Excel/Word for collateral development.
• Excellent English communication and experience working with international, cross-regional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand identity, campaigns, events, and print.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative for integrated campaigns and launches across channels and collateral.
• Shape visual direction across digital and print materials and data visualizations.
• Champion the brand visual identity, evolve systems, and guide templates across teams.
• Drive event and experiential design, from signage to on-site collateral.
• Manage projects and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across regions.
• Adopt AI in daily design work and share best practices with the team.
