Job summary

Pavago is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support multiple brands across digital and print channels. You’ll create assets including email graphics, social content, landing pages, product imagery, catalogs, banners, signage, and decals, with a next-business-day turnaround.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams, maintain brand consistency, and seek opportunities to improve visual identity across brands.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing digital marketing assets and print-ready work.
• Strong typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and color usage.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with photo retouching and product imagery preparation for different formats.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver everyday design requests by the next business day (email headers, social graphics, banners, product images).
• Create email templates, social graphics, landing page assets, and ad creatives for Google/Meta/YouTube.
• Develop product imagery and storefront visuals to support marketing goals.
• Maintain reusable templates to empower the marketing team to produce assets independently.
