About the role:
The Document Verification Sr. Representative is responsible for reviewing and validating customer documentation, ensuring compliance with GM Financial credit policies and procedures. as well as high operational standards.
This position requires strong attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset to ensure applications are processed accurately and effectively. In addition to demonstrating initiative and critical thinking to identify opportunities for processes improvements.
In this role you will:
Review and validate customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and expand inconsistencies or discrepancies in customer information and supporting documentation.
Lead and actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and customer experience.
Ensure consistent compliance with GM Financial policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Promote fraud awareness and support risk mitigation efforts through effective verification practices.
Maintain high service levels by meeting productivity targets.
Provide guidance and day-to-day support to Jr. Representatives.
