The role requires careful attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment, supporting risk mitigation and process improvements. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial services preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and/or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in document verification.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to support daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies in customer information and documentation.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with GM Financial policies and standards.
• Promote fraud awareness and support risk mitigation.
• Maintain high service levels by meeting productivity targets.
• Provide guidance to Jr. Representatives.
