Faurecia Services Groupe in Mexico is seeking a Senior Industrial Strategy Leader for FAS NAO to define and drive the manufacturing footprint, capacity planning, and capital expenditures in alignment with global strategy.

You will develop a high-performing team, lead cross-functional projects such as expansions and plant closures, monitor an industrial database, and push continuous improvement to reduce costs while boosting profitability.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Establish and manage the Industrial Strategy for FAS NAO division in alignment with approved BG and Group Industrial Strategy. This includes defining plant footprint, managing capacity and capex, overseeing industrial database, and leading strategic projects such as plant expansion, closure, and synergies between business groups. The role also involves developing a team to execute these activities and ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.

The main missions of the role are:

• Develop Industrial Strategy for FAS NAO within the context of BG and Group Industrial Strategy.
• Define and agree on plant footprint, including massification and specialization approach.
• Manage capacity, capex, commitments, and industrial database.
• Lead specific projects (plant expansion, closure, synergies between BGs).
• Develop and manage team to execute strategic initiatives.
• Report to BG and Group on industrial strategy progress.
• Propose continuous improvement ideas for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Capitalize on knowledge and share best practices/lessons learned across the organization.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing
• 15 years of plant experience.
• Minimum 2 full program experiences or similar role
• Operational understanding of P&L.
• Manufacturing/FES knowledge
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify improvement levels.
• Networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
