Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT.
• Consult with users to solve complex system issues through evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis.
• Consult with business clients to determine system specifications and provide user/support.
• Identify risks and impacts, considering business implications of technology in the current environment.
• Act as advisor to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve objectives.
