Job Description
Team Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.

Within VCA exists Visa Implementation Services (VIS), a hands‑on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data‑driven performance. The VIS team is looking for an individual to join our Visa Implementation Solutions practice and lead the implementation services in the Mexican region. The potential candidate will be responsible for leading the sales, delivering and project implementations with issuers, merchants, acquirers, neobanks and fintech's. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.

  • Serve as the senior escalation authority and executive sponsor for complex, high‑risk, or strategic client programs, personally stepping in to resolve issues and realign delivery when needed
  • Champion the adoption of AI‑enabled delivery tools, automation platforms, and modern project management practices to improve implementation speed and quality
  • Deploy frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.
  • Become a trusted partner to the account executives’ leaders, and a key contributor in nurturing and strengthening client relationships
  • Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation, sales) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
  • Produce insights and analyses to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the payment P&L
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Analysts, Managers, Senior Consultants, and Project Leads; set clear performance expectations aligned to delivery quality, client satisfaction, and utilization targets
  • Build and sustain a high‑performance team culture. Drive recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top implementation talent
  • Drive VCA public face and thought leadership with papers, conferences and seminars.
  • Incumbents applying for the role shouldbe motivated, analytic individuals who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to support the client’s growth and performance. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
