InnovMetric Software, via PolyWorks Mexico, seeks a Director of Software Development to scale leadership, guide Team Leaders, and drive business impact while preserving a people-oriented culture. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading software development organizations, including leadership of leaders.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and improving delivery predictability.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team leaders.
• Strong organizational leadership, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience designing career development frameworks or leadership programs is a plus.
• Master’s degree in engineering management, business administration, organizational leadership, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop Software Development Team Leaders through regular feedback and evaluations.
• Promote leadership consistency and scale teams while preserving people-oriented culture.
• Translate strategic objectives into organizational initiatives and monitor health and performance.
• Partner with senior engineering leadership to improve scalability and outcomes.
• Support agile delivery, remove impediments, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
